With our Home & Garden Maintenances Service, we can assist older and vulnerable people with the upkeep of their home and garden, at reasonable reduced rates. We have a trustworthy home & garden maintenance team who are available in the North Offaly area.

Under the Community Services Programme (CSP) we are required to generate a certain level of income to maintain all the services provided by North Offaly CDN. While providing very beneficial and high quality services to our clients at affordable prices, the Home & Garden Maintenance Service is our only means of generating trading income.

A Concessionary rate for those eligible for this service is €9 hour, per person, working on the job. Please note this charge does not include any materials or other requirements for the job other than time.

• Clearning Gutters
• Light Painting
• Hanging Curtains
• Putting Up Shelves
• Repair Dripping Taps

• Cleaning Chimneys and Solid Fuels Cookers
• Basic Repairs and Upkeep of the Property
